Joshua Daniel Pratt
Joshua Daniel Pratt founded Mission Home Solutions to bring more than 30 years of combined business, construction, real estate, and entrepreneurial experience to Central Virginia property owners who need practical, honest guidance.
His background spans hands-on construction and renovation work, residential property ownership and management, real estate transactions, and business operations — giving him a ground-level understanding of what it actually takes to evaluate, rehabilitate, and manage real property.
Joshua is based in Central Virginia and focuses his work in the Lynchburg, Bedford, and surrounding communities he knows well.
